I live in a condo in Hidden Springs and last year I did some major remodeling on my condo.  I needed to have my entry way repainted, which is about 24 feet high and also I needed to have new baseboards put throughout since I installed Brazilian Cherry Floors.  Kirk also did some exterior painting for me and replaced my back deck.

Of all the people I had  involved with the remodel, he was the absolute best.  I am very particular about everything.  What I liked is he not only did an exceptional job on my work, but was not afraid to make suggestions on what would make the project better.  I would come home each evening from OHSU and check the progress of his work.  I never found anything that was not done to perfection, i.e. I never had to have him redo any of his work.  Also, he would keep me informed of what was going on currently with the job and when he expected to be done, etc.  His bids were clear and concise.  He also helped me on some miscellaneous things that I couldn't get anyone else to handle.& nbsp; They were just small details that accompanied all the work, i.e. hanging towel racks, etc.

I plan to hire Kirk again this year for some additional projects around my place.  I recommended him to some other folks and everyone seems pleased.

Kirk painted our living room, dining room, hallway, bathroom, stairwell, new interior hall doors, and refinished with paint our stair railings, which was a very difficult job. He also applied a Venetian plaster to our cathedral wall and applied stain to our new windows with very specialized attention. He spray painted the hallway doors for a smooth finish. In addition, Kirk provided carpentry services. He installed a hardwood wall topper as well as baseboard moldings around our new carpet. He also painted and installed a wire molding cover up one wall to hide video wires and completed some molding along one section of our ceiling.
Kirk responded within a few days to the referral made through a colleague of his. He arranged immediate appointments that he was on time for. He came over discussed paint, plans and took measurements. Within a few days he had an estimate with contract emailed to me. The contract was signed and he began and completed the project within agreed upon time frames. Kirk was always reliable and could be counted on to be honest, informative if something needed readjustment, and responsible. He repaired minor damage to an outlet and made sure ever thing was cleaned up after his day and completed the work to both his as well as our perfection. He was very conscious of our family's needs and started and completed his day with good work ethics. His work was exceptional and I will definitely welcome Kirk back into my home for additional painting projects. My company continually remarks on the excellent job done.
